What are your entrepreneurial lifesavers?

What have you guys found extremely valuable to running your business?

Is there a certain software(accounting, CRM, smartphone app, design crowdsourcing, email marketing) you find invaluable that you think everyone should look at?

Is there a service you love that you're subscribed to? (email newsletter, phone service, lead generation)

Physical product you're in love with? (specific phone, alarm clock, notebooks, pens, books, magazines etc.)

Do you do anything you find clever that helps you run your business? (virtual assistants, referral system in place)

I'll start.

I use evernote to keep track of articles i read on the internet, my daily to-do list, and marketing ideas. I find using it and the smartphone app has been insanely good for me. I always seem to have ideas while i'm out away from my computer and the mobile app has been awesome.

I'm looking into the different CRM software right now. I signed up for 37 Signal's Highrise's free account just now. I'm thinking about hiring a virtual assistant on odesk to go through some online directories and fill in some prospects to an excel sheet to import to Highrise. Never used odesk or a virtual assistant so it should be interesting.

I have an Android phone that isn't capable of being a mobile hotspot. I downloaded an app called PdaNet that lets me hook my computer up to my phone and use my phone's internet when i'm out and about(great for hotels that want to charge you for wifi).

I'm signed up to a few of inc.com's weekly newsletters. I've also signed up to socialtrigger's newsletter for some marketing ideas.

I will be using mailchimp for my email marketing.

I'm super curious to find out some other ways to improve my entrepreneurial endeavors.
