What are things a business can do to cause you to leave quickly and never return?
My husband and I went out for dinner tonight, and we regularly check urbanspoon to see if there are any restaurants that we haven't tried that have good reviews. I found one we hadn't been to before that was about 5 minutes outside of town that had a 96% I like it rating and fantastic reviews, so we got in the car and headed that way. Once we get there, the parking lot is empty except for one car beside the building but we can see 2 employees behind the counter. Walk in, sit down, and order drinks from the server. I look at the menu and see that Hill's Grill is not the restaurant name on the front of the menu. It has changed to Billy'Z Place. I keep reading and see the menu featured appetizerZ, burgerZ, drinkZ, frieZ, and onion ringZ. I am not capitalizing the Z so that it is noticed, Billy decided it must have looked cooler having a capital Z instead of a lowercase z. I must have looked panicky because my husband leaned over and said "We don't have to stay" and I jumped up and paid for our drinks and bolted. I can't stand it when people put a Z in their business name, and adding the Z to each menu item that would normally have an S was even worse.
