Questions about Calle 13's song "Muerte en Hawaii"

I would ask in Spanish but my skills in Spanish just aren't good enough quite yet--I'd embarrass myself and inevitably say something utterly ridiculous.

  1. Why is this song titled "Death in Hawaii" ? The lyrics don't seem to focus on death or Hawaii (although that almost sounds like a ukelele in the background).

  2. In the video I've seen online there's this mention of dolphins getting killed. Is there some Caribbean slaughter of dolphins I just haven't ever heard of, or is Calle 13 lamenting the slaughter of dolphins worldwide?

  3. Is the linked article spot on, or just silly drivel about Hispanic society's linkage between sex & death?

Gracias por sus respuestas.
