Can't click on clock

I am using a Incredible 2 to start off. On my home screen I have the clock that shows the local weather and that looks like a big flip number clock. I used to click right on the numbers to get into the alarm clock area/time zones etc. Now when I click on the time nothing happens. I can still click on the sun/moon on the lower portion to open up the weather but no dice on the clock. Help please?
