I'm at about 38,549/50,000. I started and failed to complete NaNoWriMo in early November. So far I've found the words come easy as long as I have a rough preconception of what I'll be writing (i.e. an outline). Also, the www.writeordie.com app has helped a lot, although it's a real hatchet job of a program.
