How do I get back into my account without my mobile authenticator?

I quit playing a couple of months ago and forgot to cancel my subscription. I bought a new phone since the last time I played so I no longer have my mobile authenticator, and, since I'm apparently a fucking idiot, I wrote down my restore code but now have no idea where I put it. What steps do I need to take to get back into my account so I can cancel my subscription?
