fender bender at age 16 in ohio, will i lose my license?

Today on my way home from practice, I got into a fender bender. Four cars were involved. The first slammed on their breaks and the car behind it stopped, and I (being the 4th car) hit the 3rd car. The two front cars just left (police said they were fine). I got cited. I have insurance and everything, but I've only had my license since early November. I was wondering if I will have my license suspended or what to expect out of this. Any help, thanks!
