Travel help: Darjeeling or Amritsar?

5-week trip in India.

Must make the choice between Amritsar and Darjeeling. Obviously they are very very different, I know.

If you had to choose one, which would you choose?

UPDATE: So in the end, we have decided to do neither Amritsar or Darjeeling. We made some other difficult cuts as well. We have decided that the 5 weeks are going to be crazy, and we are going to take more time in the places we have chosen, instead of running around India like crazy. Realizing that 5 weeks is only enough time to scratch the surface of India
