What actor/actress from a movie/television show do you find guilty of extreme overacting?

I have been casually watching Hell on Wheels and Christopher Heyerdahl plays a character called "The Swede" and it is almost a laughable performance trying to rip off of Christoph Waltz as Col. Hans Landa but his acting is no where near his level. The show isn't that great to begin with but I keep giving it another shot since I really want it to succeed. This guy is the worst though! Any thoughts Redditors?
