Yet another "Who should be the next Doctor?" thread, with a twist.

This post is a three-part game. Let's see how creative you are! Pretend the Moff suddenly drops off the series for some reason or another, and you are placed in charge of the transition from 11 to 12.

Part 1: Make up how Eleven snuffs it. Be as descriptive or as simple as you like. For example: "11 gets killed by the Ice Warriors in the Pantry with the Candlestick."

Part 2: You get to design the Twelfth Doctor. How does he dress? What are some of his mannerisms or quirks? Does he have a catch phrase? What's his personality like? are just some of the questions to help you develop your Doctor.

Here's the catch though: You don't get to describe his physical appearance. You're the writer, not the casting director. For example, you can say, "Oh, he's tall and walks with a limp." Or, if he has some alien characteristics that are part of his physical appearance, you can describe those, like "He has a tiny set of arms growing out of his forehead that are always crocheting." Go wild.

What you can't do is give him physical characteristics that would steer someone to a particular actor. For example, you can't go: "Well, he's ginger and looks like Johnny Depp." Why? Because that's someone else's job. Or your job, because...

Part 3: You're the casting director now! Read someone else's, and cast an actor in that role. Someone Else's, mind you, not your own. Why? Them's the rules, that's why. Besides, isn't it more interesting to see who others would pick to play your Doctor? Try to pick someone who would best fill that role that someone else described.
