What is a great pair of higher-end audio headphones I can buy without breaking the bank?

I'm currently looking to buy a better pair of audio headphones without completely destroying my budget. I'm looking to spend around 100 dollars. I'm comparing the Able Planet NC300, NC600, and NC1000CH. Do you own any of these, or other Able Planet headphones? Do you own any other audio headphones that you would recommend?
