So I'm traveling to the UK for the first time, any advice UK redditors may have for me?

This is my first time visiting the UK, London specifically, any advice on how to interact with people and avoiding offending anyone? Also anything I should check out instead of the usual tourist sites? This is also my first time traveling abroad so if anyone has experience with that as well please feel free to pass it along.
