Remove certain reddits from the random pool.

For some reason, the random system seems to heavily favor reddits such as r/Wisconsin and r/FantasyFootball. Unfortunately, I have nothing in common with these reddits but I certainly do love exploring new subjects. Why isn't there a way to block certain reddits from showing up? I would be willing to contribute to this as a project if there is any actual possibility of such.
