Fix my stupid hair (Looking for new cut/color suggestions)

I've been mostly just going between buzzing my head and letting my hair get out of control. Dyed it on an impulse, its been fun but I think I would like to go back to a normal-ish color. Looking to get it cut/dyed for the new year.

Never really used any product, not opposed to trying it out though. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
