What's a decent point and shoot camera in the ~$200 range that has exceptional audio and low light video capture?

I would like to take this camera to night clubs so I can record my favorite DJs but since the bass is always so overpowering, it ruins the audio when recording. I'm guessing the microphones in point and shoot cameras are just too small to capture the full range of frequencies. Maybe someone can prove me wrong on that. I'm also interested in low light video capabilities. I looked through snapsort and the Canon ELPH300 HS looks promising. I really like the small form factor and that it captures 1080p video. What do you guys think?
