Question about AutoPatchWork and RES compatibility

I use Autopatchwork to automatically load the next pages on website. However, when I go to Reddit RES loads the first page but if I scroll down I get two pages of the same thing. Basically I have two pages of each link set, one with RES applied with it and one without it. I have toggled never ending reddit but that does not fix it. I'm trying to not disable autopatchwork and still have RES be applied to each page and not give me an entire page of duplicates. Any suggestions?
