Well, tomorrow's the big day; the tolls start. What traffic conditions are you predicting?
I'm predicting that there will be heavy, lasting afternoon congestion, as drivers approach the Bellevue area, and in the SoDo/Stadium area, as the result of a significant diversion to I-90.
I'm thinking, in the morning, a significant number of drivers will remember the new toll, and divert to I-90. Though, a fair number of drivers will forget, and hit the toll.
Then, in the afternoon, almost all the drivers are aware of the toll, and divert to I-90, fucking up everything, on the Seattle end, and on the other side of the water.
Anyways, those are my thoughts, and I look forward to hearing what traffic conditions you're predicting, for tomorrow.
