Need advice from doctors or the like: Did my drunk penis almost kill a girl?

So I was having sex with this girl who had numerous surgeries growing up and wasn't supposed to live very long. Well, she has a bunch of scars but grew up fine. We got very drunk not long ago, and had some really crazy sex. As much as I hate to admit it, we went ass to mouth (she gave me a blow job after anal). There might have been some more sex after that too, I don't remember.

So, I was away at work since then and just got back. I call her up and break up with her before I knew anything. Turns out she just got home from from a few days in the hospital because a bad UTI almost killed her. She told me it was my fault.

My question is obvious, could ATM give her a UTI or is she just blaming me because I dumped her? It seems like it would be possible from more sex after anal but not the blowjob. I really don't know, can someone clarify this for me?
