Windows Restore Taking up ALOT of space
So I just bought a computer with an HDD. I added a solid state drive to be a boot drive. I bought a 60GB SSD and after "restoring" (read installing) windows to that drive, the drive appears to only have a capacity of 42 GB. Why is this? What about the restoration process made a ~20 GB partition?
How do/can I get it back?
A few things:
-
When I go to the "Computer" directory, it only shows one 42 GB drive.
-
When I initially "restored" windows to that solid state drive, it showed that the drive was ~58 GB.. So the drive is much larger than 42 GB.
Any insight appreciated
