DAE move the browser window partially off the screen before clicking a Wikipedia link of something really gross in preparation for a graphic photo?

If I want to read about a gross topic on Wikipedia — like, say, a horrible disease — I always move the browser window partially off the page so that when I go to the Wikipedia page, I won't suddenly have a graphic photo of said horrible disease (which Wikipedia always seems to put right at the top).
