Where is a good place to get jeans hemmed cheaply?

Basically the title, but also would be helpful if it's in Hollywood. I'm too short for 34" inseams! When I lived in San Diego, I used to go to these Russian people who would hem my pants in a day for $10 and did a pretty good job of it. Anywhere of similar price and quality around here?
