This is an id that is already logged in. Any tips on fixing?

I tried relogging in, ctrl+alt+delete to try find the maplestory.exe, and restarting my computer but this problem won't go away. So far in forums I've seen people saying to either send in a support ticket or just wait for a maintenance or something. Just wondering if there was any quick fixes I didn't know about.
