Girl Friend Problem.

My girlfriend is a libran. Age is 17 years old. I have been dating her for 9 months but we could barely get across first base and i really don't want to lose her, so can't breakup even. I like her alot but i'm running out of patience. She find it hard to communicate. But with my ex it was totally different things were fast and she was a libran too. i really don't know what to do. now she has moved to another state where ill be moving in a month. I need to pace things up..... but we need to interact more. She so doesn't want to have phone sex or cyber sex. She only had one ex and he use to force her to make out but she broke up with him because of too much physical shit. lately she told me she never even fingered herself ! Please help anyone ! please !!!!! Advice what should i do.....
