Another Forest Hunter "glitch"?

So I was playing the other day after researching that you get rewards for being +1 and +2 in your covenants...I don't know if this glitch pertains to all the covenants or just the forest hunter covenant.

To begin things off I joined the covenant (got the cat ring), invaded a few worlds...didn't do so good so I came to reddit. After doing more research and help from fellow hunters from reddit I tried some new strategies...I actually won a couple...about 5 to be exact, so my rating now is 5 wins to about 89 losses.

I talk to the cat...i get the potion/cure all reward but yet my covenant status is still, "Forest Hunter".

I invade a few more games...win a couple lose a ton...talk to the cat, received Fog Ring. Covenant status, "Forest Hunter". I left the covenant a couple times to try out other ones (chaos to be exact) and then rejoined to the Forest Hunters.

My Status was, "Forest Hunters" when i rejoined (no surprise) but I am now, "Forest Hunters +1" and have no more rewards to receive. I found this interesting that after winning just the few amount of invasions i was already able to pick up the final reward without having actually ranked up in my covenant.

TL;DR - Received covenant rewards from Forest Hunters by only winning an invasion, did not need +1 or +2 to receive both rewards (cure all/fog ring).
