Mid Silver Protoss in need of coaching

I've been getting my ass handed to me a lot lately, and analyzing my own replays doesn't seem like it's enough. I have a fear of being demoted back to bronze. If anyone is willing to coach/watch how I play and tell me what i'm doing wrong, It would be greatly greatly appreciated.
