New nose piercing, what should I do about washing my face?

I just got a double nose piercing today, and I'm wondering if the Clean & Clear Foaming Facial cleanser I use is still okay along with the saltwater rinse. Will it cause irritation? And if so, what's a good facial cleanser when dealing with fresh piercings?
