Mouse help!

I'm looking for some help for my mouse. I need my right clicks on my mouse to be static. I'm having trouble putting this into practical terms... I want my right mouse click to only send the input for the shortest amount of time possible, and then stop. I want to remove the ability to "hold" the mouse button down, and stop it from sending input data, effectively making holding down the mouse button do nothing. I still want my right click to send input to my computer, I just make it a static button and not analog. (If that makes any sense at all.) Can anyone help me out here?
