I have $20 to spend at amazon. I want a palette, please give advice on which one is worth the money.

So, I got a Kevin Aucoin book that I already own for Christmas. I have about a 20 dollar credit to Amazon. I need some advice from people that know their makeup, so I thought I would ask Makeupaddiction. I have heard a lot of people on this subreddit really enjoy the BH cosmetics 120 color palettes as well as the Coastal Scents 88 Color Palettes. The amazon reviews for these palettes don't really match up. Could anyone with experience with these palettes let me know which ones are better quality and why? Also, I am not shy in terms of color. I also own the naked palette and other neutral colors, so I don't want anything too neutral. What I really want are highly pigmented yellows, oranges, purples, and greens as well as some glitter and shimmer. Colors that blend are a must. Thanks MUA!

Update: My Coastal Scents Ultra Shimmer palette just arrived. One of the colors had some fallout en route, but I don't mind. I love it! Thanks everybody!
