Holy Paladin looking for a good raid team.

My raid team is driving me insane. No one knows how to lead and when the leader finally shows, we are awful anyway. link to armory

I'm generally cool with just about anyone. I need a guild that is serious at progression, however. I can put out great numbers in any fight, and am extremely consistent at showing up for raids. I work during the days, and have almost every night off. Willing to transfer to any server, alliance only please.
