Need help within the next 24 hours...

My boyfriend started working at a sub shop and they say his hair is too long. He got it cut, but he still has to wear it up a bit. He needs to get it cut again before we go back to work on Friday.

I don't know how posts around here usually go, so I'll just say that his hair is just a little thick, but very, very straight. I don't know how to describe his hairline so I'll just say he has a lot of forehead. Also, he's broad shouldered and very tall. Here's a recent picture:
