Just the facts.
My drinking is a problem not because I drink during the day, or have dui's or even drink as much as some others. My drinking is a problem because I've done it day after day for years with the goal of getting drunk. That's been my goal in my free time. Not, save the world, or read a book, or share with family and friends, no, its been, get drunk.
There has not been more than 3 days in a row where I've gone without at least a six pack of high alcohol brew in years. Most weeks it has been 5-6 days of drinking the evening away, and at least once a week getting really drunk.
I've spilled alcohol on several computers. I've taken driving risks I should not have. I've been rude and lewd on the computer in very inappropriate ways. I've wasted, easily, years of good living.
So that is my problem with drinking. A problem, that when I look at it, has such a simple solution: Stop dude.
