I need to get a life. Any popular places where I can meet people?

Im 19, im going to Palo Alto college, and i'm still at home with my parents in east San Antonio neat walzem not doing much of anything other than studying while my friends go to nightclubs and are in relationships (then again they live on the other side of town) and hang out, something I haven't done in literally years. Im growing depressed, annoyed, and pissed.
