Fellow Shareholders: How did you find your Packers Pro Shop 11 digit Control number?

The Packers Pro Shop website says the control # was sent in an e-mail and was also located on a proxy card that was mailed. It wasn't in my confirmation e-mail nor was a proxy card mailed. I received my stock certificate, but it's no where on that either. Anyone having the same issue?
