Non-Waterproof Mascara That Doesn't Smudge

Hey there,

I'm having issues finding a mascara that is:

• Non-waterproof (all waterproof formulas irritate my eyes)
• Doesn't smudge beneath my lower-lashes
• Comes off easily when I wash my face at the end of the day

For a long time now, I've used Imju Fiberwig, the tubular fiber mascara, but it's expensive and dries out in the tube incredibly quickly.

Does anyone have suggestions?
