Accidentally deleted something... help please?

So basically I was getting a bunch of GBA ROMS and putting them on my phone.. I spent 45 minutes in total getting them and extracting them to a folder and stuff. After I extracted each one I deleted the archive to make it easier so I wouldn't lose track of the ones I had done and hadn't done. and literally on the very last rom file I deleted the folder I was extracting it into... Using shift + delete so it's not in my recycle bin... Is there a way to undo this... please tell me.
