New Year's Eve dinner in Cap Hill

So let the pointless posts about new years begin! We need help! As savvy Denver diners we can't think of somewhere cool to go for dinner in our vicinity. Here's what we're thinking: something kinda romantic, in the $20-30 per person price range, preferably walkable from the heart gov's park (or reasonable cab fare :)), and of course delicious food. What are your thoughts, Denver?!
