I heard you guys love/hate character ideas, so I present to you Aveline, the Forgotten Doll
(I've never been a number cruncher, so exact percentages and figures are replaced with ~'s.)
Tibbers was not the only powerful being that young Annie managed to ensorcelle, nor was he the first. Before her beloved bear, Annie had captured Aveline the Spider Queen, turning her into a much adored doll and toy. The two were nearly best friends until that rotten shadow bear came along, and Aveline was left behind, forgotten and trapped in that miserably powerless form for years.
Winters and summers came and went, though, and the Spider Queen refused to give up. With much practice and patience, she eventually grew powerful enough to control her dolled up body. Months later, Aveline even became capable of breaking the girl's spell for short periods of time, returning to her once-magnificent form on command.
Now capable of controlling herself and even able to resort to her true form's great power (however briefly), Aveline has entered the League in hopes of finding and destroying her captor, hopefully breaking Annie's sorcery forever.
Passive - when in Doll form, ~~~ percent of Aveline's AD is converted into AP. When in Spider Queen form, ~~~ percent of her AP is converted into AD.
Q (medium cooldown length, ~~~ second channel) - Aveline erupts into Spider Queen form. While in Spider Queen form, attack speed and attack damage are increased by ~~~, and movement speed is increased by ~~~. Heals do less damage while in SQ form, but Aveline can toggle back into Doll form at any time by hitting Q again. Otherwise, she will automatically change back to Doll form after ~~~ seconds.
W (similar cooldown length, skill shot, passes through minions) - Aveline shoots a ball of web and spiders that heals any friendly champions it passes through. When in Doll form, it stuns an enemy champion if it makes contact. When in Spider Queen form, it explodes and does damage on contact, covering a circular area with spiders that slow the enemy champion temporarily.
E (short-ish cooldown, AOE) - Aveline calls forth a rain of spiders in a circle around her. When in Doll form, these spiders apply a heal-over-time to any friendly units within the circle. When in Spider Queen form, they apply a DOT to any enemy units and heal only her for a much smaller amount.
R - (long cooldown, above-average range, ~~~ second channel) - Aveline summons forth a spider nest that heals nearby champions and damages enemy champions. It can target up to three champions at a time, healing who ever has the lowest health percentage or attacking based on the order enemy champions enter its aggro ring. The nest is target-able, and its health increases with each level. If Aveline is in Doll form, it will prioritize healing (if there are 3 enemies and 2 friendly champs around, it will heal the 2 friendly and target only 1 enemy). If in SQ form, it will do the opposite (in that same situation, it would attack those 3 enemy champs and provide no healing). SQ form also increases the damage but decreases the amount healed.
Aveline is meant primarily as a support but can obviously be used instead as a DOT-heavy mage who can clean up large groups extremely well. She has pretty much no escape mechanisms and no burst, and it would be incredibly stupid to treat her as an assassin because she is not. Her health and armor/magic resist traits are weak (like I said, she's primarily meant as a support champ), so she crumbles quite quickly in a 1-on-1 fight. Her spider nest does stealth if placed in a bush, so it can be smart to use it as a hidden base-away-from-base just before or after a team fight. Only one nest can be on the map at a time.
