IAmA new music producer try to get rights to a cartoon for a song

I am currently working on a dubstep (electronic) song that is based around the cartoon "Adventure Time". It has samples from the cartoon and the theme song in it. I understand that I need the rights to produce it and make profit from it. Does anyone know how I would go about asking/requesting the rights to the cartoon in my song?
