Is anyone else experiencing issues with MK7 online play?

Tonight is the first time I've attempted to play MK7 online and I've had no luck so far. My 3DS is connected to my wireless network (Belkin router) and can access the internet through the browser and store. I have been updating my 3DS with no issue. I can connect to the internet/wireless network in MK7, but when I try to find a match, I cannot locate any players. It searches for about five minutes and then gives me a 006-0612 error code.

I dove in and did some research. I came up with several suggested fixes, but no solutions. I made sure I was in 64-bit WEP mode (in both the router and 3DS) and I also attempted assigning it a custom IP address with no luck. So far, it looks like it's a common issue with Belkin routers.

Anyone else having these issues?
