Sorry about this, but what's the difference between a psychopath and a sociopath?

I know this must've been answered a lot so I deeply apologise for this, but I can't find any proper explanation since the definitions are loose, and similar. But what makes a psychopath a psychopath and not a sociopath and vice versa?
