What single episode would you get someone to watch to get them hooked?

My friends are very skeptical on how great of a show Doctor Who is. Mainly because they can be ignorant about expanding their culture outside of US television. I finally got them to agree to watch one episode and was hoping reddit could help me decide what episode will get them hooked and to watch the rest of the series. I was thinking Blink as it is one of my favorite episodes, but I feel that it does not include enough of the Doctor for a first episode to watch.
