Item Server Down?

Okay, so for the past 2-3 hours I keep getting this error message whenever I try to edit my loadout: "Loadout Not Available - Could Not Contact Item Server", and I see people with their own loadouts, so I'm sitting here going "What the fuck, man?". And when I go to the Mann Co. Store I get "The Mann Co. Store Is Currently Closed.".

I tried Steam Support and ways to fix it but I can't figure it out.

So, what the fuck?

Edit: Seems like the item servers are back up for most people again. If you're still having problems, try restarting your computer.
