Not sure if my casual holiday home workout is actually doing anything?
So I'm a 18 year old male, I've been going to the gym for around 2 years now, pretty regulary. Now, over christmas break I don't want to soften up so I invented a small workout at home, I've been keeping it going every day since I started. Its basically a full body workout, I do: 4 sets of pull ups for my back and arms 4-5 sets of push ups for chest , 4-5 sets of military press for shoulders , 3-4 sets of concentration dumbbell curls for biceps , 3-4 sets of bench dips for triceps , 100 sit ups for abs ...Since I do this everyday for over 2 weeks I dont always go to failure because I don't want to get my muscles too tired over this period of time. What am I actually achieving with this workout? Mostly strenght? Am I building any muscle mass?Am I "shrinking" my muscles because I don't give them time to grow? (I've been eating a loot since it's christmas haha, so that should help out as well)
