Got a speeding ticket tonight; got some questions...

Ok so I got a ticket tonight and I have another from last month. I did traffic school for one I got in May earlier this year from which I did traffic school for it last month.

Since I'm not elligable for traffic school, I'll get 2 points on my record for the November and December tickets. Will they both stay on my record for 3 years total or 3 years for each violation totalling six years before they clear?

I'm also thinking of getting a traffic lawyer to see if I can get them to at least lower the fine or maybe, if I'm lucky; and I have a nice judge, able to take traffic school for one of them.

And how many points do I get on my record before they suspend it??
