Does Mothers Milk Tea really help milk supply??

I just returned to work, full time, and I pump at work as much as I can but I'm starting to see a bit of decrease in milk supply. I read about this mothers milk tea to help and also those fenugreek capsules. Has anyone tried these and do they work? Or Other suggestions I could try please?!
