I want to study mathematics in Berlin.

I would like to study mathematics in Berlin (undergraduate and graduate level). The problem is that my German is not good enough to attend German lectures at the local universities. Are there institutions where an English speaker could attain a degree in math in Berlin, or at least attend course lectures. It might be relevant that I have a master's in CS.
