[Build Ready] I think I'm ready but I'm open to suggestions

This is my first build and I've used the resources on the sidebar and in various other topics to arrive to this build. I've wanted to keep my budget at a max of $700 but I was willing to increase the price after I remembered I needed a wireless adapter for my PC (the PC would be on the second floor and the router on the first floor.) I've edited the list to reflect the addition was well as the specific GPU which I've linked from Amazon because this model was not listed on PCPartPicker.

Let me know what you think about this build and if there are any other brands or items that would be a better value than what I have listed.

Extra details:

I would like to be able to run games very well (high settings but doesn't need to be max.)

I would only be using one monitor for my setup.

No special speakers since I will mostly use headphones.

I need a wireless connection for the Internet.

I do plan on overclocking eventually, but not in the near future which explains the power supply voltage and current lack of CPU cooler.

I do not plan on adding a second GPU in the near future.

EDIT: I swapped the Power Supply from non-modular to modular after reading about cable management. I also changed the Wireless Adapter from USB to PCI.
