Integra 30.0: Remote control works fine except when in "Cable" mode. Help!

I thought I'd ask quickly here first b4 contacting Integra support. When I'm watching TV I try and change the listening mode, the remote seems to be dead (the red light blinks whenever I press a key). When I change back to Roku, Apple TV or DVD it works fine.

Am I not seeing something stupid? Thanks.
