Sleep Paralysis [6,000]

This is the second time in a month I've suffered through an episode of sleep paralysis. The first time I experienced it was 5 years ago. I just quit smoking weed all the time and whenever it occurs I think I am just really really stoned at first...

This last time just happened a few hours ago during a nap. I kept going over in my head 'when did I smoke? I don't remember smoking' ... towards the end of the episode I made the decision that it was not real life because it was so terrifying. I woke up relieved.

Can anyone enlighten me with their experiences with this bad mother?
