[Troubleshooting] BIOS won't come up.

When I try to boot my computer nothing comes up on the screen. All the fans start to turn, green led indicating power comes on, and the MemOK/DRAM_LED red led blinks continuously. I left the computer running like this for over 30 mins with nothing happening.

There is no video output, no POST, no BIOS, so I was wondering if anyone knows what is wrong and how I can fix it. I think it may be the ram is incompatible but I am not sure since I though the ram I have should work. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do or what the problem is?

Also I looked in the motherboards manual and this specific RAM wasn't listed as compatible. Does this mean that it definetly won't work? Does the type of RAM I used have to be one specified in the manual?
